Positive: The property was clean and very well equipped. I he beds little soft. Nice little place.

Positive: Was very clean and comfortable. Clean shower. The Keurig was a plus for coffee.
Negative: Different view than expected from the pictures online of Mississippi River. The outside window pane was broken with a hole the size of a baseball. Inside pane was fine but had to look close to realize only outside window pane was broken.

Positive: It was exactly as described. The room was super clean, it had a coffee bar, fridge and microwave along with dishes (lifesaver). The bathroom was also stocked with soap and shampoo. Which was convient as I forgot my soap and the one there smelled so good!
